Volkan received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering with Research Option from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2020. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech in 2022. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering with a Ph.D. subject minor in Physics at Caltech. He works on integrated systems for emerging technologies including quantum computing, communications, sensing, and large-scale photonic-electronic integrated circuits for high-performance computing.
